NPCC Engineering takes majority stake in Anewa |

Anewa Engineering Private Limited is proud to announce the acquisition of majority shareholding in the company by NPCC Engineering Private Limited (NEL) through sale of 51% stake by Dialog Group and 29% stake by Indian Promoters. NEL provides design & engineering services for off-shore Oil & Gas (Upstream) Industries.
Anewa & NEL have combined strength in excess of 600 Engineering staff to service upstream, midstream & downstream Oil & Gas companies by providing Front End Engineering Design and Detail Design for Process, Piping, Structural, Equipment, Electrical & Instrumentation, Pipelines and Civil disciplines.
Anewa is now a subsidiary of NEL,Mumbai which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of NPCC, Abu Dhabi. Both the Engineering companies will provide support to leading Oil & Gas companies in the India and abroad.

We took the opportunity to reinforce our image as a leading Engineering and Design Company, with state of the art competency in our Hyderabad office.

This is for large Tankage facilities capacity of 1.3 million cubic meters for Handling, Storing, Blending and Distributing Crude Oils and Petroleum Products with marine facilities includes a set of jetty of 6 berths and supporting facilities capable of handling Ultra Large Crude Carriers and other Tankers in deep water. These facilities are built on 150 acres of land in 3 phases
